Banana is one flavor I never would have taken seriously in coffee-just like pineapple on pizza. Much to my surprise, it was great! Now that I think about it, coffee and bananas are both tropical, so the combination makes me think of palm trees and the beach. So when you can't have a Margarita, try this (Tropical Banana Sensation Coffee)!

I thought your coffee (Saratoga Signature) was great. I thought is was smooth and well-balanced and full of good coffee flavor without going overboard. In general, I like a med-dark roast that is well-balanced and doesn't irritate the back of my mouth like Starbuck's can.

I am a regular coffee drinker and I have to say that the two different types of coffee you served us were some of the best I have ever had.
The (Saratoga Signature) tasted so rich and smelled so great that I can still remember how it tasted. It didn't have the after taste usually associated with strong coffee. I wanted to have more and more.
I am normally not a fan of flavored coffee but your Tropical Banana Sensation coffee had to be the best I have ever had. The flavor was mixed in the rich taste of the coffee and it smelled and tasted great.

Michele, I just received your sample of Hawaiian Sunshine Kona Blend coffee yesterday and brewed it this morning. The coffee has a bold pleasing flavor, much like the Starbucks Gold Coast Roast, very smooth and enjoyable. Unlike the Starbuck's roast, your beans had no bitter aftertaste. I don't want to go overboard here, but I want you to know that these beans produce a great tasting cup of coffee. I sat out on my front porch with my dog and reflected on the week as I finished a highly drinkable mug of your brew.

As an owner of a gourmet coffee shop for some years, I have a VERY keen palette when it comes to coffee.
This is THE FINEST coffee I've had shipped to me. The only better I've had was when I personally sat at a small-batch roaster and watched the process; and got to sample the product immediately after.
I received the Saratoga Signature and Saratoga Espresso Supremo.
The Signature is a very sturdy Arabica, possessing lingering body without the accompanying bitterness. I've found that a coarse grind in a slightly higher than normal volume produces a cup of coffee that competes with the likes of Jamaica Blue and Kona.
As for the Espresso Supremo, I've not had the opportunity to test it with a proper espresso machine. But I did test it with my horrible little home espresso machine and I was quite surprised! That thing has never produced a proper crema. But with these beans it did. Surprising, to say the least!

You've undoubtedly been told this a time or two, but your coffee beats the hell out of Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, and even Coffee Beanery. Really excellent.

I've travelled all over this country and have tried all kinds of coffee (believe it or not, some of the truck-stop brands are pretty good), and I have to honestly say that Saratoga [Roasters] coffee is the best. The Saratoga Signature Coffee was very good - the pouch made 4 cups. (Actually 2 full mugs!) I had 1 mug this morning and one tonight. Pretty strong but no acidy after taste. I like it. I placed Saratoga Roasters Coffee on my Wish List to the family (I said any flavor - but not decaf)
